It's nice to 'officially' introduce myself to you and if you've landed on this page it's because you perhaps want to know a bit more about me! I'm Lauren and I'm a 28 year old, Scottish content creator with a multi-platform base. Covering topics such as petite fsshion, beauty, fitness and promoting self love and confidence! ​

A keen blogger and creative since my teens, I've been blogging for around 13 years now although, not always as a dedicated career path, more a hobby. I've always had this intense passion for writing, creating and where acceptable, storytelling, since I was a wee girl. I've always been that person who loves writing paragraphs and being as detailed as possible with my thoughts- got to feel for my nearest and dearest!

I've previously written health-focussed blogs, which proved to be extremely helpful with sharing my story with people like myself and helped them feel less alone whilst also providing hope. Aged 18 despite my own ongoing health battles, I created a
Facebook support group, feeling like the others available lacked a personal touch and were really negative. I sought out to create my own safe, happy space for myself and for others and in the space of 2 years I had gained a 300 strong following worldwide and around 700 on one I later became co-admin on with a woman in America. I was helping people with the same age as my gran! Which I still to this day can't believe they trusted and listened to wee 18 year old me! I formed so many strong bonds, helped transform some of the more negative sufferers into the most positive, more outgoing version of themselves and I'm blessed to still have them in my life today, to know the, there stories and follow their updates. Knowing how my positivity at such a young age helped change others lives, it inspired me to bring that into my blogging, too. Fully tapping into that "boss bitch" mentality!

During my time with support groups I met an amazing woman called Tilly. She was almost triple my age and yet, we formed such a loving bond. We would email regularly and it was her who inspired me to get serious with my writing as she often said that she loved how my writing made her feel. She encouraged me to get back into studying and I did go back to college however being me,

I took a little de-tour! I got my HNC (Higher National Certificate) and HND (Higher National Diploma) in Music Business. Although once again after a particular focus on marketing, PR and creating a business idea we had to then pitch (which I got full marks for!) it all lead back to my blogging passion and that, was when during the "OG lockdown"
the future was born! You're now reading about this very blogs conception- fantastic!

In 2021 I went on to begin a YouTube series that discusses a large variety of topics. I post questions for my Instagram followers to answer on my stories on the last day of each month and then the video is created! My ambition with the series is to give it a video Podcast-like vibe and as it grows, and my following grows, I hope to get on some amazing co-stars to share the screen with me, share their stories and discuss topics and our followers input. I'm really passionate about the core of this series, conversations that are both light hearted and fun, but also not afraid to go much deeper and actually create a conversation.
As a "content creator" - my new title - trends constantly change and it means I always have to be up to date with the latest trends as they happen! It's so fun seeing how things are forever evolving and how everyone is connecting/engaging. Social media is forever evolving, but I find so much excitement in not only keeping up with that, but delivering on it as well. I am so exited to start this new 'limitless' chapter of my blogging/creator life and buzzing for all the opportunities I may find myself in. I feel this new start, with the same attitude I have always very sassily carried, will only strengthen my writing/content more and that can only ever be a good thing in this industry!
