Acne is something I have long dealt with. My younger self was so smug as she barely had a spot in sight then adult acne showed me some karma on that one! I've seen Dermatologists and it's before lockdown they were considering putting me on medication for it however, these days I find it is less severe and now more about living alongside it- here's how!

Dermatica
Dermatica is an online based, dermatology monthly subscription-prescription service used by millions. To begin, you fill out a questionnaire about your skin concerns, list medications you're on, what you want from treatment and you also attach some ugly angled photos! An appointed dermatologist will then review this and inform you of what they will prescribe which you can then accept or decline before committing. You get this bottle delivered every 30 days, which you are automatically prescribed (as it's a subscription service) however if you have product left over, you can skip a month! So long as you update your feed on there website with plenty of notice. I usually find that I have plenty left over after the 30 days as you only need 2 small pumps of product at night for your whole face. I apply this after cleansing but before moisturiser, personally.

Hyaluronic Acid
For me, since including this boots own hyaluronic acid into my skincare routine, I've noticed a reduction in the "big bad spots" (you know, the yucky ones) and it's definitely improved overall texture of my skin, hydration levels etc which in turn for me seems to have had a positive impact on my breakouts! Sure, my chin has zero chill with spots still, however the jaw and cheeks are less severe and I feel this plays a big part.
